WelcomeStart won the tender to supply e-induction capabilities to English Nature.

English Nature specified a customisable induction e-learning tool which would allow local and remote staff to benefit from online induction. The existing local network would accommodate the product which had to be available to new starters at remote sites across England.

WelcomeStart exceeded the specifications and has now been integrated into the English Nature Oracle and LDAP infrastructure.

Our HR consultants Worked with English Nature to adapt the existing induction material into an effective e-workbook. Post implementation feedback has indicated a high level of enthusiasm for WelcomeStart among new starters.

English Nature have a reputation for using proven learning and training tools and are delighted that WelcomeStart seamlessly complements their existing suite of award winning e-learning modules.
