» Successful roll out to Citigroup
WelcomeStart has successfully rolled out in the London offices of the worlds largest bank - Citigroup.

Citigroup have chosen WelcomeStart for their e-induction process as it met their parameters for effective online learning, customisation and flexiblity. A major requirement was that it should complement the existing Citigroup intranet style and that new recruits would find it easy to use. The ability to track and report user progress is considered vital to successful induction.

Templates were built to complemented Citigroup design parameters which allow content to be added using the XML administration capabilities inherent to WelcomeStart.

Citigroup regularly recruit over 100 people a month and intend to make the most of WelcomeStart’s ability to function as a reference tool for new and existing employees.
